For those who do not comply, penalties ranging from 10 thousand to 50 thousand euros are envisaged. The Lazio TAR rejected Ryanair’s new request, dated 5 August, with which the Irish carrier asked to postpone the deadline to 8 September to comply with the emergency measure adopted by the National Civil Aviation Authority for the protection of categories of passengers more fragile. A provision that should have entered into force on Tuesday 27 July, but the Irish flying have resorted to the TAR of Lazio which “inaudita altera parte”, that is, in the absence of a cross-examination, accepted it, judging the 10 days granted by ENAC to be insufficient the adaptation of IT systems. Its application was thus postponed to August 15.
