Each first class carriage has a screen for each chair, a dining table and a wheelchair, the second class also has screens and central tables, there is also a carriage for certain people and toilets for them.
It should be noted that the Ministry of Transport had stipulated a contract with the Spanish company Talgo for the supply of 7 new air-conditioned trains (6 trains + a train as a gift to the Egyptian people) for a total value of 157 million euro, including the maintenance and spare parts, and that this contract is part of the directives of the political leadership to continue implementing the plan Develop and modernize all elements of the railway system, including the fleet of mobile units, to provide the highest levels of service to citizens .
