In the contest organized by the Vrancea County Council, the candidates were obliged to have higher education either in law or in the field of arts. Nausica Mircea, a law graduate, ticked the first condition.
The clothing designer outperformed a teacher from the High School of Arts in Focsani, who had higher education in the arts.
