According to information from the Institute of Administrative Verification of the State of Mexico, in the Toluca Valley, roads such as Paseo Tollocan and Alfredo del Mazo continue to be considered a red light for the proliferation of black gyros, better known as “table dance”.
With this, under the omission of the authority, sites such as Exxxcalibur and Oops continue to operate, both located on Paseo Tollocan, which, over the years, have resisted abiding by the law. Last year, only in Avenida Alfredo del Mazo and Tollocan, at the height of San Mateo Atenco, 12 black turns were closed.
Data from INVEAMEX do not rule out that organized crime may be involved in some of these black turns, it is that in many of these sites there are already criminal investigation folders initiated.
In this regard, the president of the Association of Bars and Restaurants (ASBAR) in the State of Mexico, Patricio González Suárez, pointed out that in addition to the fact that there is no equity in these reviews in which the established sector is reviewed to the last detail.
And it is that, despite the fact that they are closed by the entity’s Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks (Coprisem), the owners of these establishments decide to reopen in the same premises that have been detected and closed
He explained that what causes them the greatest alarm that cases of human trafficking are reported within these establishments that operate outside of all regulations, they are concerned that without unfair competition.
“We, the bars, clubs and canteens that operate with all regulations, were closed but they continued to operate, they never stopped. Here we do expect more energetic actions by the corresponding authorities ”.
For six years they have been banned in the State of Mexico for promoting crimes such as human trafficking, however, they have not stopped their operation. Today large neon signs persist that distinguish them at night.
