The new Melilla team in the national category, BM T Maravilla, which will compete in the Silver Division of national women’s handball, is already focused on its preseason, but above all on closing friendly matches in order to arrive at the first day of the competition in full physical and mental condition.
In this way, the sports management of this team has already closed a high-level tournament that will be held in Malaga, specifically on September 7 and 8 at the Ramón Rico municipal sports center in Benalmádena and which starts with the name of Maravillas Cup Turismo Costa del Sol. In the first of the competition days, the Melilla team will face BM Estudiantes from Ceuta, starting at 11:30 am.
On this same day, starting at 17:30, the team from our city will measure its strength against the team from Costa del Sol. The last of the competition days of this top-level tournament will be played on the morning of Sunday, September 6, where the Melilla team will face the Malaga team BM Maravilla, thus putting an end to this first-class event that will be held on Malaga lands and where they wanted to count on the presence of the BM T Maravilla from Melilla. The sports management of the Melilla team is working hard during these days to try to close important signings that will raise the quality level of the Melilla team in order to meet its clear objective, which is none other than to establish this sports project in one of the most important categories of national women’s handball.
Another of the open fronts that is on the table is without a doubt trying by all means to achieve important renewals of the best players of the squad of our city during the last season and who have enormous youth but above all without any limit in their growth in this sporting modality.
