On Monday, US authorities announced that they had arrested the man who allegedly assaulted a French tourist with a cutter, in the middle of the street. It was Friday in Harlem that the violent attack occurred. The suspect known to justice
The suspect has been charged. According to the “New York Post” he lives only two blocks from where the attack took place. He is known to justice to have already assaulted at least two people. On October 20, he hit a neighbor woman. In June, he attacked a restaurant worker. In March 2015, Khalief Young, now 28, was arrested for possession of a firearm. He spent just under two years in prison before being released on parole in April 2017.
