The Director General of Surveying at the Survey and Land Registration Agency, Naji Sabt, stressed the importance of coordination and cooperation with the Bahrain Society of Engineers, within the framework of implementing government directives aimed at strengthening partnership with the private sector in providing a number of services to the public. This came during the meeting that took place between the General Directorate of Surveying and members of the Bahrain Society of Engineers Council, as part of the meetings and workshops that are currently taking place between the Survey and Land Registration Bureau and the concerned authorities in various engineering fields. With the aim of enhancing and developing the services provided by the private sector to meet the needs of the beneficiaries of these services. Naji Sabt said that the Bahrain Society of Engineers, by virtue of its cumulative experience and the competence of its members, is able to present advanced concepts and suggestions, pointing to its role in raising the efficiency and awareness of the engineering sector in the Kingdom of Bahrain to be a partner and part of an active private sector capable of playing the role of an engine for the wheel of the national economy, adding that the offices Engineering, with its various specializations, is able to expand its activities to include the activity of conducting surveys of all kinds, “real estate, topographical and marine.” For her part, Raeda Al-Alawi, President of the Bahrain Society of Engineers, expressed her thanks to the President of the Survey and Land Registration Authority, Sheikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Director General of Survey, Naji Sabt, for their interest and the targeted and distinctive initiatives they offer to develop government services and involve the private sector more. In providing such services, which enhances the advanced institutional work in various engineering companies to be able to play the role of a partner and engine for the wheel of the national economy in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
