The channel has chosen to keep the time slot that made previous seasons successful, thus retaining its audience loyalty while attracting new viewers looking for thrills to spice up their back-to-school evenings.
51 candidates: when “The Fifty” prove mathematics wrong
The big surprise of this season is the number of participants. Indeed, contrary to what the title of the show might suggest, there are not 50, but 51 candidates who will face off in the arena. A little extra that promises to shake up strategies and intensify the competition from the first day.
The production team has pulled out all the stops to concoct an explosive cast, skillfully mixing familiar faces and newcomers. We will be pleased to see regulars on the show like Simon Castaldi, who is back for the third consecutive time, ready to fight it out to finally win.
But that’s not all! This season marks the big return of iconic figures from reality TV. Frédérique des Anges, influencer Jade Leboeuf accompanied by her husband Stéphane Rodrigues, and Cassandra Jullia, a former Miss turned reality TV queen, promise to bring their share of glamour and well-crafted strategies.

Almost unexpected names!
The production also decided to draw from other universes to create unexpected dynamics. Fans of “Temptation Island” will be delighted to see Gaëtan, Lidia, Loanne, Carla and Lisa-Marie again, ready to set the castle on fire. But the real surprise comes from the participation of Jean-Pascal Lacoste and Patrice Maktav, former candidates of the Star Academy, who will trade the microphones for the physical and mental challenges of the Fifty.
In a teaser published by W9 on X, we also see Kim Glow, the doyenne Linda, the columnist Hapsatou Sy, Valentin from Love Island and the legendary Eddy.
