The Administrative Court of Cassation within the Supreme Court suspended the case of the judge of the Constitutional Court Alexander Tupitsky. The panel of judges heard a motion from the defendant’s representative to suspend the proceedings.

The case on the constitutional proposal of 49 People’s Deputies of Ukraine on compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine was suspended pending resolution by the Constitutional Court.
As a result, the Supreme Court granted the petition of the defendant’s representative and suspended the proceedings in this case pending the entry into force of the decision of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine in case No. 1-4 / 2021 (133/21).
