/View.info/ In Decision No. 100 of today, July 27, 2022, the Supreme Court of Cassation canceled the removal of Kaloyan Pargov from the National Council of the BSP.
The Decision states that the court refuses to remove Kaloyan Pargov as a member of the BSP National Council. The decision is final.
The SC is motivated by the fact that the decision to impose the measure was not validly taken by the authorized body – the National Council.
