The supplementary admission procedure has started, you can apply for the announced higher education courses starting in September until midnight on August 6 at the latest, the Education Office informed MTI in a statement on Friday.
Those who were not accepted to any of the courses they indicated in the general procedure that ended on July 26, or who did not apply for higher education this year, can apply for supplementary admission. The point limits for additional admissions will be announced at the end of August.
This year, almost 50 universities and colleges are advertising courses at all training levels and fields within the framework of the supplementary admission procedure. It is also possible to apply for state scholarship training courses in agriculture, religious life, information technology, technical, medical and health sciences, teacher training and natural science training fields – they informed.
In the supplementary admission procedure, you can only apply for a single course of a higher education institution (state scholarship and self-funded forms of the same course count as one) in the E-admission available from the felvi.hu website. The application must also be authenticated through the Customer Portal by the same time, they pointed out.
According to the announcement, if the higher education institutions require an aptitude or practical exam or, primarily in the case of master’s programs, an entrance exam, this will be indicated in the supplemental admission notice. The date of the exam is also announced here, due to the short time, a separate invitation letter is not usually sent.
In the case of courses already announced in the general higher education admission procedure of 2023, the supplementary admission point limit cannot be lower than that determined on July 26, they wrote.
The information on the majors announced in the supplementary admissions and the information related to the application a www.felvi.hu can be read on the website.
