The sun will shine less brightly in Call of Duty Vanguard • Gamingnation

It’s not a metaphor, because Sledgehammer has let it be known that there was quite a bit of feedback on the sun in the beta of Call of Duty Vanguard and is going to change that.

The beta that was held last weekend (which eventually became an open beta for all platforms) gave Sledgehammer a lot of information. Players gave feedback on the things they still saw room for improvement and the developer indicates that they have read the feedback.

For example, players found the killstreaks with the dogs too powerful and the sun shone so bright in some levels that it was impossible to see a hand in front of their eyes. Sledgehammer has announced on the official website which points they will be highlighting, which are:

Nerfing the sun.
Cracking down on Red Star raves.
Removing dognados.
Tuning spawns to avoid Hotel Royal’s murder kitchen.
Closing open mic lobbies in Search & Destroy.

Call of Duty Vanguard releases on November 5 for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Series consoles.
