Oppo Vice President/Overseas Sales and Service Billy Zhang visited Indonesia. Flying from China, he checked sales Reno 10 Series 5G which has recently been officially released in the country.
Bill saw the Reno10 Series 5G Pop Up Store first hand at Mall Kelapa Gading 2, Jakarta, Wednesday (16/8/2023). He wants to monitor consumer enthusiasm for the first sale of the Reno10 Series 5G device.
“Our visit this time is to see how Indonesian consumers respond to the Reno 10 Series 5G devices. Especially after reports from various firms regarding Oppo’s market share in Indonesia, especially in the first quarter of 2023 which recorded a percentage of 22.9% and made Oppo the market leader. The potential is huge for Oppo to dominate market share in Indonesia,” he said.
“The Reno 10 Series 5G is one of our strategies to boost the market by providing smartphone devices that can adapt to the needs of its users with enhanced features and the latest technology,” added Bill.

Met on the same occasion, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) Oppo Patrick Owen, revealed that sales of the Reno 10 series 5G had increased from their predecessors during the pre-order period. Reno 10 5G and Reno 10 Pro Plus caught the attention of consumers the most.
“Oppo Indonesia recorded a significant increase, more than 50%. Reno 10 Pro Plus is better than Reno 8 Pro 5G. Meanwhile, Reno 10 5G is much higher than Reno 8 T 5G,” said Patrick.
In order to continue to increase sales, Oppo has prepared a strategy. One of them is the 1000 Portrait of Dreams campaign by inviting all Indonesian consumers to share portrait photos with inspirational stories in them that can provide positive inspiration among young Indonesians.
