The Business Creation, Takeover and Transfer service of the CCI Pau Béarn supports entrepreneurial dynamics by providing information, personalized support for project leaders and their monitoring. This support from A to Z helps them with administrative, financial and even property matters.
The “Objective Transmission” program allows sellers to carry out an evaluation of the company: a first phase in the sales process which can prove very costly.
But the most difficult part remains finding buyers and the best ones for the project. To do this, the CCI Pau Béarn teams can rely on the national Transentreprise platform, which lists companies to sell as well as people who wish to launch into entrepreneurship without starting from scratch. “The attractiveness of Béarn is a growing reality. In recent years, we have noticed that more and more buyers are arriving from Lyon, Bordeaux or Paris”notes the advisor.
In 2022, 150 transferors benefited from specific information by the CCI, by participating in Transfer Tuesdays. This year, 26 Béarnaise companies are supported as part of this transfer system (compared to 10 in 2020). Another program dedicated to buyers is also in place. In total, 75 companies are monitored by the Pau Béarn CCI.
