As is customary with Apple, the prices of the new iPad Pro are graded not only according to screen size, but also according to storage capacity and connectivity – there will be a choice between a model with a 5G module and without.

The new iPad Air, like all other news from Apple, will go on sale this Friday. The basic version with 64GB of memory will cost CZK 16,490, while the most expensive 256GB version with 5G connectivity will cost CZK 25,490.

In addition to space gray and silver, this novelty will also be available in a number of more attractive colors, such as pink, green or blue.

Same performance as the iPad Pro
However, the most interesting thing about the new Air is not the appearance, but the components hiding inside. Although the tablet looks the same as the previous generation from 2020, inside it, instead of a chip from iPhones, hides a powerful Apple M1 processor, which is also found in desktop computers and notebooks with the delicious apple logo.

According to Apple, the increase in performance should be up to 60 percent compared to the previous generation. The performance can therefore be measured with the more expensive iPad Pro. Compared to it, however, it will only sell with a 10.9-inch screen, while the iPad Pro is available with an 11-inch and 12.9-inch display.

For games and work
Given the performance offered, it will surprise few that it is possible not only to work with this machine, but also to play all the latest games.

Optional equipment also includes a keyboard, which is equipped with a touchpad. As a result, people do not have to reach for the touch screen, but can control the tablet in the same way as a classic laptop. In addition, the case integrates a USB-C port for easy connection of accessories.

The touchpad can also be controlled with a special Apple Pencil, which is especially useful for artists and graphic designers. But this, like the keyboard, is purchased separately.

Those interested must take into account that the iPad Air no longer has a traditional Lightning connector, but a more universal USB-C port. The presence of a fingerprint reader, which is hidden in the standby button, is also pleasing.
