In the NoLita neighborhood from the city of NY, behind the textured concrete facade and bronze plates of the new building designed by architect Andre Kikosk in the number 75 of the street Kenmare, we found this penthouse signed by the interior design studio Kravitz Design, founded by musician Lenny Kravitz. The 200 square meter house has a large open area that includes a living room, dining room and kitchen, all with access to a large terrace with panoramic views of the city, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The house is prepared for the rhythm of life in the city center while incorporating a new sense of refined elegance, more comfortable and less corseted.
As for the interiors, the attic has large windows that allow ample natural light to enter and bleached oak floors that also bring clarity to the spaces. In decoration, interior designers they have mixed current designs with icons from other eras of the French firm Ligne Roset. On the other hand, they wanted to reflect the creative history of the Nolita neighborhood, exclusive photographs of Nathan Myhrvold, founder of the Modernist Cuisine Gallery, in the different rooms.
