In front of the faculty and the season’s godmother, Clara Luciani, the students chose songs that are close to their hearts, aligned with the theme “personal stories”. This format allowed the academicians to reveal a more intimate side of their personality, and the majority of performances were praised by their teachers.
Ulysses did well to listen to his teachers
Certain performances particularly attracted attention. At the end of the daily newspaper on November 5, Michael Goldman, director of the Star Academy, revealed the names of the three academicians nominated for the week. This Friday, November 8, during the prime, Ulysses, Maureen and Noah will have to fight to keep their place in the adventure. Noah performed Lose Control by Teddy Swims, Maureen Beautiful by Christina Aguilera while Ulysses revisited Et dans 150 ans by Raphaël even though he didn’t like its title at all. In fact, he gave a violent outburst when he learned that he had to sing it and even suspected sabotage: “It doesn’t change the song. I don’t like the song,” he said to the director. And Michael Goldman’s response was clear: “Song attributions, the goal is not to punish the students. Noah leaves the adventure
