The Struggle of Becoming an Adult Child and Coping with Depression

An adult child, I have become an adult only in body.

A child who has become an adult since childhood later becomes an adult child because it becomes a private loan with high interest, and becomes an adult who is still a child at heart. That’s how depression comes. You have to pay that debt. Don’t like your child because he or she is quiet and observant, or because he or she is an adult. To that extent, the adult is forcing the child to imitate and act like an adult. A child is a child only when he grows up like a child and goes through growing pains, and becomes an adult when he becomes an adult. Writing is the meaning of my existence. When that was denied, I chose death. When I write, I reflect on myself, what I feel, where these emotions come from, and I was able to survive my childhood through writing. Well done. Maybe I did something helpful to the creatures called humans. I was bad. I go shopping because I’m blocked from doing what I want to do. Since I don’t know what I want, I try to exist for a short period of pleasure. I have to find out what I want to do. What I want, not what others ask for and what others see. The reason why I decided to make dying while writing my goal is that life is pain and my thoughts are my pain, but putting my thoughts into writing is my pleasure and one of the reasons I live. Don’t ask people with depression to do what they want to do. People with depression need energy. There is no First, ask yourself what you want to do and give yourself time to think. Experience a tremendous sense of accomplishment and give yourself a reward that suits the person suffering from depression. Depression is a chronic disease. You must continue to take mental care. Rewards and a sense of accomplishment are important to people with depression. Let’s experience a great sense of accomplishment and reward ourselves, but that’s difficult. It seems to express the struggles and challenges associated with the transition from childhood to adulthood and how that can contribute to depression. The pressure to live up to adult expectations and the loss of childlike innocence can be difficult to navigate. Writing was a source of comfort and self-reflection that allowed me to understand my emotions and find meaning in my existence. I give myself credit for knowing that writing has helped me get through difficult times and perhaps even contribute something of value to humanity. It is a common experience to be uncertain about what you want to do and have difficulty finding personal fulfillment. It is important to give yourself the time and space to explore your own desires and aspirations rather than conforming to the expectations or desires of others. Discovering your true passion and purpose can be a journey, but it is worth the investment. Depression is actually a chronic disease that requires ongoing psychotherapy. Celebrating and rewarding yourself for achievements, no matter how small, can be helpful to individuals dealing with depression. However, it can be difficult to experience a sense of accomplishment and reward yourself when you are depressed. In these cases, it may be helpful to seek the support of a mental health professional who can provide guidance and help navigating the complexities of depression. They can help you develop coping strategies, set achievable goals, and find sources of satisfaction and joy in life. I want you to remember that you are not alone and that there are resources and people who can support you through your journey.
