Co-hosted by Robert Picard, health referent at the General Economic Council (CGE) of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance and Nicole Hill, international director of the healthcare sector of Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, the “structuring of the digital health sector “carried out a qualitative survey of around a hundred players in the field (professional unions, associations, federations, lobbies, laboratories, etc.), the first results of which were published at the end of 2020.
Within this study, three major axes had thus emerged:
- controlled circulation of data in the service of artificial intelligence (AI) and research
- proactive participation of all actors on the national territory
- inclusive economic models supported by funding commensurate with the challenges.

“In view of these first results, in conjunction with the DNS, Agnès Pannier-Runacher, the Minister of Industry has entrusted the General Council of the Economy (CGE) with a mission including the expansion of this process of mobilizing stakeholders around the e-health sector. A second survey, open to all, has therefore been launched as an extension of the group’s work “, announced the Agence du numérique en santé (ANS) on his site.
This online survey is in the form of a questionnaire and participants are invited to provide their opinion (whether or not they agree) to the ten elements of findings formulated and grouped together in the three areas selected.
