The GT-version Mustang Mach-E is the sharpest version of the electric crossover, named after the legendary muscle car. The carmaker’s engineers tried hard to make the top of the offer something exclusive, and Czech customers will now be able to find out how they did it.

The most powerful version of the GT is characterized mainly by two electric motors, which together produce an output of 487 horsepower and a torque of 860 Nm. Incidentally, the latter number is crucial for European Ford, as it is the highest torque the carmaker has ever offered in its European car. The car then accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds.

Ford has prepared a number of other improvements for the top of the range. The car stands on special Pirelli tires and has Brembo brakes. There is also an adaptive chassis with magnetic shock absorbers. The distribution of power is also different, which is mostly sent to the rear axle. The Untaned Plus mode designed for the racing circuit is specific.

To make everything work as it should, Ford has installed a 88 kWh lithium-ion battery system in the vehicle with a range of up to 500 kilometers, which recharges from 10 to 80% capacity in 45 minutes at 150 kW.

The price then corresponds to the above specifications. Ford will claim 1,899,900 crowns for the Mustang Mach-E GT, ie without a few two million. The first cars will appear in the Czech Republic at the beginning of next year.
