Three Edinburgh clubs (Baby Dolls, The Western and Burke and Hare) and the United Sex Workers union say the council’s vote to cap the number of licensed establishments to zero from April 2023 will force the industry into the gray sector, which will make it riskier for women, NOVA reports.
