He is the second of three children who are all male.
As a child, Philip often had steps and convulsions, so his mother prayed that this child would be made a servant Lord.
After getting a bit older, Philip still had difficulty walking.
Doctors recommend wearing iron shoes that are commonly used for children with disabilities due to polio.
This makes him feel inferior and does not want to leave the house.
