Judicial review maintained

But his lawyer, Me Chautard, being held back at the Puy-de-Dôme assizes, the dismissal was requested. The former deputy will therefore appear on May 4. In the meantime, its judicial control has been maintained, as requested by the public prosecutor “with regard to the nature of the offenses with which he is accused”.

He also has the obligation to refrain from any contact with minors (except members of his family) and must follow care. The obligation to provide monthly analyzes (to prove that he does not consume narcotics) has been lifted.
