Surprise this morning for passers-by on Place Pey-Berland. The statue of Jacques Chaban-Delmas, frozen for eternity in a determined stride, was dressed as a woman during the night.
The bronze of the former mayor was decked out in a purple dress and earrings. Her fingernails are painted with purple varnish.
In the hand of the former Prime Minister and hero of the resistance, the rainbow flag of the LGBT + cause (lesbians, gays, bisexuals, trans, queers, intersex and asexual). Under the dress, scarlet discharge which is reminiscent of heavy periods.
