Its extension aims to support societies weakened by Russia’s war against Ukraine “and not having found financing solutions with your banking partner or private lenders”, the notice of the decree specifies.

For the companies concerned, the loan amount is limited to “15% of the average annual turnover achieved by the beneficiary in the last three accounting years” or “50% of the energy expenditure in the 12 months preceding the month of the request for assistance The loans are distributed through the public bank Bpifrance This business aid scheme had already been extended in December 2021.
