The Ministry said that the subscription and compensation fees will be in two categories, the first for those whose basic salary is 16 thousand dirhams and less, where the insurance premium will be 5 dirhams per month and the monthly compensation value will not exceed 10 thousand dirhams, while the second category is for employees whose basic salaries exceed 16 dirhams, one thousand dirhams, since the insurance premium will be 10 dirhams per month, and the value of the monthly compensation does not exceed 20 thousand dirhams.

According to the statement, according to UAE law, it is necessary for the right to compensation that the insured’s contribution period is not less than 12 consecutive months, calculated from the date of joining the insurance system, and that the beneficiary must not having been dismissed from his job for disciplinary reasons in accordance with the provisions of the Labor Relations Act and the Human Resources Act in the federal government and any applicable relevant legislation, and the claim should not be for fraud or fraud. And if it turns out that the establishment where he works is fictitious, the sanctions and penalties provided for by the law regulating labor relations and any other legislation in force in the country apply to the establishment and the insured. the compensation will be terminated if the employee enters another job during the period of eligibility for compensation. The allowance will be on a monthly basis equal to 60% of the contributory wages, up to a maximum of twenty thousand dirhams per month, for a period of three months from the date of unemployment, which is the maximum period of compensation for any claim, and is excluded from the unemployment insurance system the investor “owner of the business in which he works” referred to in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia The state.
