Al-Sobky pointed out that the availability of medical and therapeutic services provided to patients by the new comprehensive health insurance system using the latest medical technologies and in accordance with the latest treatment guidelines and protocols enhances confidence in the new system, health personnel and medical services provided through it, which in turn contribute to achieving the satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the system.
