The mood is good when Shiffrin and Aamodt Kilde are interviewed by Swiss view. After the season was over, the Norwegian has been to the USA several times for some quality time with his girlfriend.
– He visited me a couple of times in Colorado. It was very nice. We trained together. He is strong, who would have thought, laughs Shiffrin.
With strict Norwegian entry requirements, there was never any talk of doing the opposite.
– We did not really try to get you to Norway, it was impossible anyway. But it was great for me to go to the US, we had a good time and spent a little more relaxing time together. It’s nice in a hectic lifestyle, says Kilde.
The star couple says that there has never been an alternative for them not to play with open cards after the forehead was a fact.
– We talked early about how we should talk about our relationship in public, and came to the conclusion that we had nothing to hide. On the contrary, we prefer to be open, says Shiffrin.
– If there are questions about our privacy, we just answer. It’s not that complicated, she continues.
And when two world-class athletes have found each other, they naturally spend a lot of time sporting details.
– I love watching his gutters on video. We analyze our gutters constantly, says Shiffrin.
