The St. Petersburg Arbitration Court was unable to start considering cases online due to technical problems

From the website of the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, the announcement was removed that from April 20, consideration of some cases is possible via Skype. This is due to technical problems, Kommersant was told in court.

“There are some technical issues that prevent online meetings. The timing for solving the problem is still unknown, but when such an opportunity appears, a message with instructions will reappear on the site, ”the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region specified.

Recall that a few days ago, against the backdrop of the coronavirus pandemic, the St. Petersburg arbitration announced the possibility of holding meetings in a new format on its website. As Kommersant reported, in order to hold a meeting on Skype, participants had to fill out the consent to participate in hearings in this format through the My Arbitrator service in 24 hours, indicate the data that would allow identifying the representative in the application and providing technical capabilities for uninterrupted participation in meeting.
