5.10% of the tests in the last week have been positive. 15 new deaths have been reported and the total is 21,128 in the entire pandemic. There are 1,406 patients admitted to hospitals, 52 more, and 410 people in the ICU, three more than 24 hours ago.
Vaccination
Catalonia has administered the coronavirus vaccine to a total of 663,978 people since the vaccination campaign began – 344,734 people have already received the second dose – 415 first doses of vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours.
Of the total number of people vaccinated with the first dose, 487,763 are from the province of Barcelona, 59,383 from Girona, 45,190 from Lleida and 70,639 from Tarragona; and 58,336 of the total are users of Catalan residences.
