The specialized prosecutor’s office today officially announced that an indictment for espionage for the benefit of a foreign country (in this case, Russia) has been filed against Nikolay Malinov – chairman of the PP “Revival of the Fatherland” and candidate for parliament from the coalition “Left Union for a Clean and Holy Republic “
We assess the actions of the specialized prosecutor’s office in the middle of the election campaign as a purposeful discrediting of the political parties and civil organizations that participate in and support the “Left Union for a Clean and Holy Republic” coalition.
We, the KP “Left Union for a Clean and Holy Republic” perceive the act of the specialized prosecutor’s office as a direct and gross interference in the upcoming elections for people’s representatives and an attempt to intimidate the sympathizers and voters of our coalition; as an action directed against the rights and freedoms of the Bulgarian people, against the Bulgarian Constitution, against the Bulgarian political system and against Bulgaria.
CP “Left Union for a Clean and Holy Republic” will not succumb to this manipulative repression and attempt at intimidation!
We stand by Nikolay Malinov in defending his civil rights and expect a competent, objective and fair trial.
The CP “Left Union for a Clean and Holy Republic” states that once again the specialized and essentially “extraordinary” prosecutor’s office shows that it is a body for special and politically motivated orders, that it serves vile and venal interests foreign to Bulgaria, which borders on national treason, and that he sells our Motherland, turning it into a servant and a laughingstock – without honor, without pride, without dignity!
We want to know the names of the special prosecutors in this politically motivated case and to see their faces so we can recognize them and pass them by with contempt!
The National Assembly, which we will elect in the upcoming vote, is called upon to do a really useful job for the rights and freedoms of the Bulgarian citizens, namely: to close the specialized prosecutor’s office and court, for which we will submit a bill!

Hands down from our Freedom!
Only winning our sovereignty will free us to make our own sovereign decisions, without dictation and supervision from outside forces.
Hands down from Bulgaria!
