In addition, the decisions issued by the Chairman of the Council of 2020, Marzouq Al-Ghanim, which was dissolved by an Emiri order, are considered illegal, as cases will be filed against those who carried out these invalid procedures. Because it was issued by an unauthorized authority.
Legal experts confirmed that the Speaker’s administration of the Parliament’s office in cooperation with the deputies was the behavior of people who were ignorant of the law.
Sources revealed that dozens of employees not affiliated with the Chairman of the 2020 Council were dismissed from their services, in addition to reducing the “bonus” reward for employees who had served more than 20 years, while employees who had served only three years got double this reward.
Sources said that an employee in the Council’s office was appointed according to the contract system in 2019 for a specific period of time, after which he was appointed as an office manager, then he was given the title of consultant, although his service did not exceed four years, indicating that the consultant received the benefits of an assistant secretary-general, although his service did not It exceeds four years, and this decision was issued in secret and was not published.
And the sources continued, “The former president of the 2020 Council conducted the process of appointments and termination of services quickly to embarrass the upcoming National Assembly, as he was trying to empty the council of Kuwaiti competencies and those with expertise, as there are dozens of employees who were tempted to retire in exchange for financial benefits, and the goal was This includes quickly removing them from the next council and not using them so that employees loyal to the former president remain.
The sources added that the employees who are not affiliated with the former president have no titles or positions despite their seniority and despite their entitlement to job titles, while the former president established departments and showed new job titles to his close associates and loyalists.
