The Spanish contingent of UNIFIL has relaunched the Christmas activities in collaboration with the schools of its area of ​​operation

Spanish soldiers of the UNIFIL multinational brigade in the eastern sector carried out Christmas activities and games, coinciding with the holiday season, and presented gifts in several schools, two of which were for children with special needs, namely the Al-Farah School Center in Rab Thirteen, and the Hasbaya Center in Al-Khan Market, as well as the Houla Official School.

This activity fits into the context of the interaction that the Spanish contingent has with the civilian population, with the aim of promoting mutual understanding as an important component of the UNIFIL mission.

UNIFIL believes that through the various programs and activities, integrated into its mission and implemented by Spain, the commitment to support the Lebanese people and society, to promote development, to promote cultural exchange and to improve the well-being of the population, is maintained , all to contribute to peace and stability in Lebanon.
