Gernot Bernroider from Mattighofen has been bringing the pulsating energy of the musical melting pot of New York to his hometown since 2012. His New York City Music Marathon invites you to a series of concerts in the city park (or city hall) and to experience “the spirit of intensive music making” in workshops with top-class lecturers, says the percussionist, who has lived in New York for 22 years. Everyone who enjoys playing the instrument with at least two years of experience is welcome.
