The song sung by famous singer KK has been released for the film ‘Samara’ starring Rahman. This song is present in the film even in the absence of KK. The song ‘Dilbaro’ from ‘Samara’ is becoming Malayalee’s tribute to KK who is a favorite of music lovers all over the world. Within seconds of its release, the song is getting a great response.
KK last sang for the film ‘Samara’. Written and directed by debutant Charles Joseph, Samara has music composed by Deepak Warrier. The lyrics of the beautiful song titled ‘Dilbaro’ are penned by Sheikh Tabriz Yusuf Baig, Sharat Nath and Maguvi. KK, who wanted to sing in Malayalam once again, was approached by the Hindi song from ‘Samara’ as most of it was shot in Kashmir.
Music director Deepak Warrier remembers that KK asked him to sing in Malayalam once again and that he, being a Malayali, was waiting for that and next time he should prepare songs in Malayalam for him. He parted prematurely without fulfilling that wish of KK and himself. Deepak ensures that the romanticism of KK’s voice, which attracts any music lover to him, remains the same. Lakshmi Mohan has sung the same song with KK in Malayalam and Tamil for the film ‘Samara’.
Along with Bollywood actor Meer Sarwar, Tamil actor Bharath, Sanjana Dipu, famous for ‘Moothoni’, Rahul Madhav, Binoj Willya, Govind Krishna, Teenij, Tom Scott etc., along with eighteen new stars and many foreign stars are lining up in the film. Rahman starrer Samara has been shot in Kullu-Manali, Dharamsala and Jammu Kashmir. Cinematography Sinu Siddharth, Art Direction Ranjith Kotheri, Costume Maria Sinu, Conflict Dinesh Kashi, Chief Associate Director Vishnu Aikarassery, Sound Design Arvind Babu, PRO Manju Gopinath. Samara featuring designer Mamijo, stills CB Cheeran, marketing Binu Bring forth and digital PR Obscura will hit the theaters on August 4, Magic Frames.
