The soloist of the Russian troupe “Turkish Choir” Boris Goryachev has died at the age of 50, TASS reported, quoting Anna Cech, artistic director of the group.
Information about the death was also spread on Instagram from the troupe’s account.
“Friends, with a huge wound in your heart, we are announcing the terrible news: Boris Goryachev is no longer with us,” the publication reads. It notes that Goryachev fought COVID-19 for three weeks.
Goryachev was born on October 7, 1971. Since 2003 he has been a member of the Turkish Choir. He leaves a wife and a daughter.
