The Solidarity Pedals leave Extremadura this Wednesday | BE Vegas Altas

Punctures, water, kilometers, but also sportsmanship, motivation, stories and a lot of solidarity. This is the background of the two stages that the two Carlos of “Solidarity Pedals Guareña “, Carlos Barrero and Carlos Marcelo, who last Monday left Guareña with the aim of reaching Santiago de Compostela. Its purpose: to publicize the work carried out by different organizations in the fight against cancer.

This Wednesday they face their third stage, between Galisteo (Cáceres) and La Calzada de Béjar (Salamanca), in which they will leave Extremadura behind with their sights set on Santiago. At SER Vegas Altas we have taken advantage of a stop they have made, in the Roman City of Cáparra, to talk with them and tell them how they are carrying out these first stages.
