But it begins to rub at that almost ever-present undertow; the aggressive denial of the fact that the Dutch 206% increase in demand for transgender care is almost entirely due to it being a sociological fad. As well as the equally aggressive insistence that biological men who identify themselves as women, whether or not after a (far-reaching) medical transition, suddenly lose the feminine sex are. They are not and they never will be. They remain of the male gender, regardless of their further gender perception.

And it is not bad at all to just mention that at times when that specification matters.
