The Social Housing Fund has determined the steps and procedures for receiving social housing apartments from the new city agencies, as the apartments of a number of previous advertisements are being delivered to the detainees, and inquiries are being made about the detainees of the 14 advertisement apartments in preparation for handing over the units.
Receipt procedures include inspection of the unit and follow-up by the city agency, and were as follows:
The process of receiving the housing unit within the social housing project begins after completing the field inquiry and signing the contract at the bank financing the unit, and we follow up with it to receive the tripartite copy of the contract.
The second step comes by going to the city agency to which the unit belongs, or the Housing Directorate, to extract a report of receiving the unit with the specific allocation.
After this step, the city authority appoints a representative who will be responsible for delivering the unit to the checkpoint. The unit inspection stage is considered one of the most important steps in receiving the unit. All finishes and services in the residential unit must be reviewed and ensured that they conform to the specifications.
If there are any defects in the finishes, one must refrain from signing the receipt report, and these notes are recorded in the inspection report, which was prepared specifically for this matter to protect the rights of citizens.
In the event that the implementing company does not commit to delivery within the period specified in the inspection report, an official complaint will be submitted to the device’s Citizen Service Technology Center, with a copy of the unit owner’s card and the allocation contract attached.
