According to the latest updates the flakes should go down to 1000/1200 meters of altitude especially on the high Lombardy and on all Dolomiti with snow that could whiten places like Livigno (SO), Madonna of Campiglio (TN), solder (BZ) e cortina d’Ampezzo (BL) also for the whole day of Thursday 4. By the end of the event we expect about 5/10 cm of fresh snow above 1000 meters of altitude on the main towns of the central-eastern Alps.
Finally, on the central-northern Apennines, the white lady will be seen only over 1800/1900 meters, whitening the main peaks.
