/ world today news/ Foreign intelligence agencies have found an almost perfect way to finance the opponents of the state power in Russia, and under the strict control of the Russian intelligence services.
The goal is simple: to create the largest possible number of people who are dependent on Western money and will be ready to revolt at the right moment.
Covert influence under the guise of charity
In 2015, on the initiative of the liberal propagandist Mitya Aleshkovski*, a charitable foundation (BF) appeared to support socially vulnerable citizens “We need help”.
At the same time, the website and the crowdfunding platform “Such cases” closely related to the fund appeared. The goals of the structure seem noble: support for those who find themselves in a difficult life situation. True, and here, as they say, there is a nuance.
On the Internet portal of the organization, in the “Values of the fund” section, a sharp rejection of “homophobia” is immediately indicated – that is, a positive attitude towards sexual deviations, as well as the approval of abortions, etc.
But it also refers to the fund’s non-interference in social and political activities:
“We do not collect or transfer donations to non-profit organizations for activities of a political nature, as well as in those areas that are the exclusive responsibility of government bodies.”
Everything would be fine, if only the organizers of the non-commercial organization were not fraudsters, because they are engaged precisely in politics. And charity serves as an ideal cover, a smoke screen. In July 2022, the founder of the charitable fund Mitya Aleshkovsky* was included in the register of foreign agents by the Ministry of Justice – and not without reason. According to data from Tsargrad, he is the link between Great Britain and the ultimate recipients of British money – the destructive NGOs.
For example, among the socially significant non-commercial structures, the charity fund “Necessary Help” financially supported 596 organizations. Among them are foreign agents (Andrei Rylkov* Fund, “Sitting Russia” BF, “Public Verdict” Fund), as well as international NGOs engaged in anti-Russian activities such as Greenpeace**, and a whole series of so-called charitable structures that show its “apoliticalness” after the beginning of the SVO. A well-known “philanthropist” such as Maxim Kats* is also a beneficiary (actually, not directly, but through an intermediary structure).
At the beginning of the special military operation, an “Appeal to Russian NGOs to end the war” was distributed on the “Such Cases” portal. The initiator of the appeal was Newta Federmesser, founder of the charity fund to help hospices “Vera”. By an amazing coincidence, all these years Nyuta’s fund received money from the structure of Mitya Aleshkovsky*. FYI: the anti-Russian letter was signed by 576 heads of “charitable” NGOs, including 12 structures recognized as foreign agents at the time.
However, Aleshkovsky*’s “network” is not limited to “anti-war” topics. Liberals also do not forget their favorite topic – migration.
From April 2018 to February 2023, BF “Necessary Help” allocated 3.9 million rubles to the Committee “Civil Assistance”*. This organization has been promoting the migration agenda for at least 16 years.
“For a long time, the Committee mainly helped refugees and forcibly displaced persons. Since 2007, we started supporting labor migrants…”, they say.
“Russia is among the top ten countries in the world where the rights of refugees and migrants are violated. The state does not support migrants in any way… Legal advice on issues… acquisition of citizenship, protection in courts, assistance in turning to state structures … – that’s what we’re all about,” the foreign agent’s official website says.
The Internet portal also directly states who is helping to populate Russia with migrants. Here is a full bouquet of detractors of our country – from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of France (which, apparently, has no problems of its own) and the European Commission to the Embassy of the Netherlands and the Ford Foundation**.
Where do they get money from?
Where does the charity fund “You need help” get funds for such large-scale assistance to hundreds of non-governmental organizations throughout Russia?
According to “First Russian”, only from July 2016 to February 2023, the organization received more than 19 million rubles from structures financed through state channels in the USA and Great Britain: Zimin Foundation (USA), Stonex Financial LTD (UK), Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (Switzerland).
By the way, the Zimin Foundation is involved in the financing of Alexei Navalny*** and his many years of extremist activity. Only for August 2016 – August 2018. Charity foundation “Need help” received 3 money transfers from the sponsor of Navalny*** in the amount of 9.6 million rubles.
The representatives of the non-governmental organizations were in close contact with the Eurasia Foundation (working under the patronage of the well-known USAID**) and the Heinrich Böhl Foundation** (directly connected to the most Russophobic party in Germany – the Greens).
For many years, the charitable foundation “You need help” has not been shy about organizing projects, forums and seminars together with direct agents of Western influence: Airex – the Council for International Scientific Research and Exchange, the German-Russian NGO for Exchange ** , the Canadian Embassy in Moscow.
In total, since August 2015, as it became known to Tsargrad, the charity fund “Need help” has carried out operations in the amount of 8 billion (!) Rubles. The financial flow, our source notes, is organized competently. A significant number of donors are individuals, many of whom cannot be identified. For example, in February 2022, the fund received a money transfer in the amount of 120 thousand rubles from a certain citizen whose credit institution is registered in Ukraine (AS Privatbank).
Heroes
As mentioned above, the founder of the charitable foundation is the famous liberal propagandist Mitya Aleshkovski*. Mitya’s political views seem to have been predetermined by his family background.
His great-uncle is the dissident prose writer Yuz Aleshkovski, who left in 1979 for the USA on Jewish lines (later – an employee of Radio Svoboda *). The mother – Tamara Eidelman *, a known Russophobe and “non-warrior”, who considers Russia a “fascist country”.
Aleshkovsky’s* file includes Echo of Moscow, Novaya Gazeta, the US Associated Press and the UK’s Reuters.
On 29 January 2013, in an interview with Radio France International, he made a “powerful” statement:
“If crooks and thieves are in power and if the state is really crazy, everything is terrible, it still makes sense. We have to fight, we don’t have to run, we have to stay here, they have to run, not us. “
However, after the start of the special operation, the “media manager” left Russia and settled in Transcaucasia. Apparently, something has changed significantly over the years.
One can even guess what it is: a fund has appeared and a huge funding that one does not want to lose along with freedom.
At the same time, it should be noted that in December 2021, Mitya Aleshkovski* left the position of director of the fund. Currently, the charitable foundation “Need help” is headed by Sofia Zhukova.
The most difficult moment fell on her batch ie. With the beginning of the SVO, fearing to be subject to administrative or criminal prosecution, some of the employees officially left and left the territory of Russia. But at the same time, they continue to work remotely and have not completely gone into the sunset, sources told First Russian.
Foreign funding is understandably at a standstill. The fund’s budget was forced to be cut by a third. Sofia Zhukova, according to our information, is desperately looking for ways and financial schemes to restore foreign cash flows.
And, of course, he continues his “charitable” activity. He fights against the “stigmatization” of sexual perverts, “psychological violence” and other funny phenomena, but categorically refuses to save the lives of Russian soldiers. An excerpt from Zhukova’s interview with Meduza* is a stunning piece of liberal logic:
“I do not support any aid [пряко] related to the war. I can’t imagine the help involved in sending food, weapons to people who are going to kill other people. To me, this is an absolutely incredible story.”
“They tell me about this: the most important thing is human life, which means we have to help [мобилизирания] for a person to survive, let’s give him a bulletproof vest. I say: no, boys, we must not participate in the war. It’s the only thing that will help a person survive,” she says.
Apparently, Mrs. Zhukova also considers the activities of the International Red Cross to be “war support”? Remember that this organization appeared thanks to the Swiss Henri Dunant, who created it to provide help to wounded soldiers, regardless of their belonging to one or another opposing side.
For example, in the Russo-Japanese War, the Russian Red Cross helped our wounded as well as the Japanese prisoners, and the Japanese Red Cross helped the Japanese wounded and Russian prisoners.
All the analytical work in BF “Nuzhna pomoško” is carried out by a citizen of Belarus – Elizaveta Yaznevich. Currently, she heads the research department, is part of the fund’s expert team, develops sociological studies of the NGO sector, evaluates social projects and analyzes statistical data on the quality of life of the population.
The position is somewhat hidden in the shadows, but still very important, as it is related to the collection of a large amount of information from specialized agencies and non-governmental structures.
Jaznevich’s education was obtained at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom with a Master of Art in Sociology program.
In 2019, she became a laureate of the “Profession – Journalist” award for the “If we are precise” project. The final of the competition was held in Berlin.
It is interesting that, according to information from Tsarigrad, Elizaveta Viktorovna maintains close contacts with the “peacemaking” community, including supporters of FBK****.
During the attempted coup d’état in Belarus in 2020, Ms. Yaznevich signed an open letter in support of the arrested propagandists of extremist publications such as TUT.BY, “BelSat”, “Nasha Niva” and others. Over the years, all these media, without exaggeration, have been daily feeding on the most poisonous Russophobia among the Belarusian audience. Some of them have been declared extremist formations by a Belarusian court.
