The carmaker promises visual and technical modernization, but so far it reveals only slightly changed shapes on sketches.

The compact SUV Škoda Karoq has been on the market since 2017, so it’s high time to modernize it. The carmaker has previously announced that it is preparing a presentation of the rejuvenated model on November 30, but it is already offering us a small taste of the modernized look through two design sketches.
The first sketch is worth noting the modernized bow, which, as with all current models of the brand, has been given sharper and more dynamic shapes. The radiator grille is wider, has hexagonal shapes and is decorated with distinctive double ribs, under which a wide air intake can be seen.

The mask is followed by narrowed headlights, which have been given a new daylight line, divided into two parts and slightly offset. Another lamp remains under the main headlight, which can be fitted with a fog light. In higher versions, however, it should also receive a separate LED module, thanks to which the rejuvenated Karoq will have a so-called “four-eyed” light signature in the dark.
We don’t see anything special on the sides, but a lot of news took place at the stern, which is shown in the second sketch. According to this, the Karoq should receive, for example, an extended spoiler or an optically modified bumper with a black diffuser. The sketches also show the modifications of the taillights, which, like the headlights, are narrower and traditionally use crystalline structures and the characteristic graphics of the letter C.
