The speaker of the operational-strategic group of troops “Khortitsa” Nazar Voloshin believes that the Russian occupiers are trying to seize the city of Chasov Yar. To occupy it, they actively storm the surrounding villages. But during telethon he noted that there are no Russian occupiers on the territory of the city itself.
“The enemy does not abandon attempts to put pressure on Chasov Yar, fulfilling certain deadlines. The defense forces are still in control of the situation. There is no enemy army in the city, the enemy did not cross the borders and borders of the city,” Voloshin said, adding that the Russians are trying to outflank the city – through Bogdanovka and Ivanovskoe to take him in a vice.
The Russians are also actively using artillery and aviation, presumably preparing for the next wave of offensive. It is important for the Russian Federation to capture the city before the Defense Forces receive assistance.
