The singer explained that they just checked his military ID.
First, Telegram channels published a video showing how policemen and, presumably, TCC employees stopped Monatyk on Khreschatyk. One of the men in military uniform was writing something down at that time.
Later, the singer explained on Instagram that representatives of the TCC really stopped him on Khreschatyk, “politely asked if he had updated his data, and asked for a military ID for verification.”
“I am on military registration. Dani renewed. This is not the first inspection, because I travel a lot between Ukrainian cities and such inspections are carried out constantly, as for all citizens of Ukraine,” noted Monatyk.
The executive added that after TCC employees checked the data and records, he was released.
