Rome, 25 Dec (EFE).- The singer known as “Madame”, chosen to participate in the next edition of the Sanremo Music Festival, and the tennis player Camilla Giorgi, are under investigation for having fraudulently obtained the mandatory health certificate during the coronavirus pandemic.covid -19, reported the Italian media.
According to the investigations by the Prosecutor of Vicenza (North), the singer Francesca Calearo, 20, known as “Madame” and the tennis player Camila Giorgi, 30, together with some members of her family, are being investigated together with other people after the an operation that led to the arrest last February of Dr. Daniela Grillone Tecioiu, together with her partner Andrea Giacoppo and Erich Volker Goepelm, also a doctor, for having provided false health certificates.
Madame and Giorgi’s possible crimes are “ideological falsehood”, but it remains to be seen whether the two women are vaccinated against the virus.
At the material time it was enough to have a test with a negative result for Covid-19 to be able to perform in concerts, while for the tennis player it will be necessary to wait, once the facts have been ascertained, for the reaction of the Italian Tennis Federation.
Italy has imposed compulsory vaccination for some categories while a negative covid test was required to access public places if you did not have the vaccine.
