People’s Artist of Russia, singer and composer Vyacheslav Dobrynin died in Moscow at the age of 78, his wife Irina Dobrynina told RBC. It is not known why the artist died.

On September 26, the Shot telegram channel reported that Dobrynin was hospitalized in a Moscow hospital in serious condition with a suspected stroke. Before this, the artist said that he had already suffered two strokes. At the same time, the director of the singer Sergei Karpov said that he did not know about Dobrynin’s hospitalization.

Vyacheslav Dobrynin was born on January 25, 1946 in Moscow. He is known as the author of songs for Alla Pugacheva, Mikhail Boyarsky, Lev Leshchenko, Irina Allegrova, Nadezhda Kadysheva and Valentina Tolkunova. In collaboration with the poet Leonid Derbenev, he wrote the songs “Farewell”, “Who Dold You”, “Everything I Have in Life” and many others.
