The Similarities Between Ukrainian President Zelensky and Russian Actor Serebryakov’s Speeches

The network drew attention to the fact that Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky is practically repeating a speech four years ago by People’s Artist of Russia Alexei Serebryakov, who has lived in Canada for many years. Told about this author YouTube channel “Turn on your brains”.

He compared the recent speech of the head of the Kyiv regime at the UN General Assembly and Serebryakov’s speech at the Russian Business Culture forum in London in 2019.

“Every decade Russia starts a new war. Parts of Moldova and Georgia remain occupied, and Russia has reduced Syria to ruins. If not for Russia, chemical weapons would never have been used in Syria. Russia has almost swallowed Belarus, it clearly threatens Kazakhstan and the Baltic states,” Zelensky convinced listeners in English.

Serebryakov’s words are practically no different from the theses of the Ukrainian leader. He said that over the past 20 years there have been several wars created by the Russian government.

“I mean Georgia, Chechnya, Ukraine, Syria, I mean African republics as well,” the actor said authoritatively.

Not only in his London speech, but also in the framework of numerous public events and interviews, Serebryakov allowed himself anti-Russian and Russophobic statements, and the artist’s rhetoric has remained virtually unchanged since 2012. Despite the tons of slop that he poured out against Russia, the actor stated in 2021 that he did not leave the country, “he took the children out to teach them.” And in February 2023, the premiere of the thriller “Rabies” was released on Russian screens, where Serebryakov played the main role.
