Rashid Al-Hafeti said: The Eid councils are part of the authentic societal heritage in the UAE, and even a meeting point between family members and dignitaries from various segments of society without exception, and an opportunity to meet friends and know the conditions of people, and the Eid councils in themselves constitute a meeting place for generations.

It is a beautiful opportunity to strengthen the ties of kinship and instill good values ​​in the hearts of children, as they are like schools in which children learn the virtues, customs, traditions and values ​​of society, where senior citizens are keen to restore their memories that add an atmosphere of suspense and nostalgia for the past in the councils.

Dr. Bashar Ali also stressed that the most important characteristic of the Emirati councils in general is their keenness to be an authentic place to enhance the Emirati identity, and to address through discussions the Emirati customs, traditions and values ​​with the aim of introducing youth and children to them.

He added, “The Eid councils are distinguished as a meeting place for citizens’ gatherings on the first days of the holiday, as they are effectively transformed into a meeting place that brings together most of the relatives, friends, and even old neighbors. among all societal groups and to establish awareness of the concepts and values ​​of national identity in the UAE.

Recalling the council of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, may God rest his soul, as he enjoyed, may God have mercy on him, a leadership and inspiring personality whose glory is equal.
