This month, the magazine 60 million consumers looked at the quality of minced steaks sold in supermarkets. To classify 29 products “100% pure beef” , several criteria were taken into account.

Chopped steaks in supermarkets: the unexpected results of 60 million consumers

According to 60 million consumers, three lowest rated minced steaks of the “15% fat” category are organic. It’s about ” ‘Beef chopped steaks’ from Ensemble (Biocoop), ‘Butcher-style chopped steaks’ from Naturalia and ‘Jean-Rozé chopped beef steaks’ (Intermarché), with notes of, respectively, 12, 11.5 and 9.5 out of 20 ″ , says the Huffingtonpost.

In the category“15% fat” , the last two in the ranking are also organic. ” Burgers “ from Carrefour Bio and “Chopped Steaks” from Bio Village (Leclerc) present an unsatisfactory microbiology. They scored 12.5 and 11.5 out of 20 respectively.
