However, this is not about Celine’s blood relative, but about Valeria’s second husband Joseph Prigogine. The similarity of the girl with the foster grandfather seems impossible, but, according to the Russians, it is obvious. Celine has the same facial features as Prigogine, and even his look.

The girl’s paternal grandfather is producer Alexander Shulgin. From him, Valeria gave birth to three children – a daughter and two sons. With Joseph Prigogine, the singer has no common heirs. The producer raised her children from her first marriage as relatives, which is why he treats Celine like his granddaughter.
